In compliance with the directives of executive order No. 05 of the Federal Government, The National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP) has developed a national database for Nigerian Professionals with expertise in Science, Technology, and Engineering.

The Database holds data about Nigerian professionals both at home and in the diaspora and will be hosted online for accessibility by relevant government agencies. Information about Professionals in diverse areas of competencies can be harvested on this platform.
